Frequently asked questions
You can see each viewer’s name and email address when collected, the number of times they accessed the video, and the date of their most recent view.
A view is counted when someone accesses the video’s Watch Page. A login or page refresh may create another view, and the metric does not confirm that the video was watched to completion.
Analytics are collected when viewers access a video through its Screencastify Watch Page link. Views from Google Drive links, downloaded files, and embedded videos are not tracked.
