New Sign-Up Options: Microsoft SSO + Email and Password
Until now, Screencastify accounts could only be created using Google SSO. Today, we’re expanding your choices, giving you more flexibility based on how you work and where you work.
You can now create a Screencastify account using:
- Google SSO
- Microsoft SSO
- Email and password
This is especially great for schools, districts, and organizations that use Microsoft 365 as their primary platform. Now, it’s easier than ever to roll out Screencastify to your entire community - and no one gets left out.
Now Available on Microsoft Edge
That’s not all. We’ve also launched our Screencastify Record extension on the Microsoft Edge browser. If you’re part of a school or organization using Edge, you can now:
- Install Screencastify directly from the Microsoft Edge Add-ons store
- Record, edit, and share videos just like you would in Chrome
- No switching browsers. No workarounds. Just Screencastify, wherever you need it
