Thanks for using Screencastify! As you know, we have updated our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy for the new year. These updates will not affect how you use our services, but they contain important updates to your legal rights and we encourage you to review them in their entirety. 

Some of the changes include: 

• Updating our arbitration agreement and class action waiver in the terms of use
• Reorganizing and clarifying provisions in our privacy policy for maximum clarity and readability

We have not changed anything regarding who we share your data with.
