About the role

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to help us plan and execute marketing programs and campaigns that help us acquire and engage users from awareness to premium usage for education and professional users.

As our Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for generating growth of our user base and engaging new and existing users to nurture towards better free and premium experiences. This will be achieved via a mix of marketing channels like email, webinars/events, paid search, display retargeting, in-app messaging, and performance marketing.

2. Work with an extremely talented team. In 2020, our team grew from less than 10 to over 70 employees and we still achieve results similar to companies 8x our headcount.

What you'll do

In 30 days you will have:

  • A clear understanding of our vision, mission, and goals and how those pertain to our current user journey and funnel

In 60 days you will have:

  • Expanded and improved on more growth campaigns that both drive Screencastify value to our users as well a have a positive impact against crucial KPIs within the business

In 90 days you will have:

  • Become an integral part of our Go-To-Market process and success
  • A stronger vision of the Growth Marketing function at Screencastify in order to inform where we drive the most value to our users and against our KPIs

In your first year you will have:

  • 2023 success under your belt and be a major contributor to strategy and tactical direction as we move into 2024 planning
  • Had a direct impact on Screencastify user sign-ups, activations, and upgrades

You're perfect for this role if you...

  • Have 3+ years of experience in Growth Marketing and Demand Generation functions
  • Are passionate about understanding deep user data to increase usage and enhance the user experience
  • Exceptional writing skills including the ability to perfectly embody a brand’s voice while putting yourself in user shoes
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast pace environment and strive to achieve goals
  • Experience with best-of-breed marketing automation and tracking tools
  • Experience leveraging data and analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Pendo, etc.) to understand and analyze product adoption, dropouts, etc
