About the role

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to steer the go-to-market team’s product adoption and messaging strategy for Screencastify’s entire suite of video creation software. You’ll own and manage Screencastify’s internal and external messaging efforts, product adoption, competitive analysis, collateral, and resources, and launch communication.

You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Product to build expertise in all areas of our product-led growth strategy and how it relates to our product messaging — participating in every phase from ideation to implementation.

What you'll do

  • Steer product-focused messaging, strategy, and onboarding experience for hundreds of thousands educators and users to maximize their use of video to enhance and augment their lessons and communication
  • Craft and continually update the competitive analysis landscape for all of Screenastify’s products
  • Update and improve strategy, execution, and distribution of our product collateral, product web pages, and launches to internal and external audiences
  • Have a direct impact on Screencastify usage rates and adoption
  • Own the use of feedback and data analysis to improve our product marketing efforts in the future

You're perfect for this role if you...

  • Have 4+ years experience in Marketing and Product Marketing functions
  • Have familiarity project managing for content development and training resources
  • Have worked with tools like product adoption software (Pendo.io) and Email Software (ActiveCampaign, Marketo, etc.)
  • Have experience at EdTech or product-led growth companies
  • Are passionate about delighting users with engaging resources, campaigns, training, content, and certification materials and you have a proven record of success around improving understanding and usage
  • Have outstanding and engaging communication and writing skills, including the ability to perfectly embody a brand’s voice within training and resources
  • Are action-oriented, resourceful, and kind
