About the role

Screencastify is in hyper-growth mode. We're hiring a Marketing Coordinator to help us with marketing programs and campaigns that promote the widespread usage of Screencastify’s video creation suite.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and executing organic social media and contributing to the growth and awareness of Screencastify via a mix of marketing channels like webinars, events/trade shows, email, and performance marketing.

You’ll get to contribute in every marketing area, and you’ll learn the ways of a product-led growth, multi-channel, content producing, and lead generating marketing team from the ground up.   2. You'll tackle a variety of challenges. Our team is growing, and people wear many hats. You'll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product — participating in every phase from ideation to implementation.

What you'll do

  • Create, curate, and manage all Screencastify social accounts (Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook)
  • Develop a content, promotion, engagement, and conversion strategy
  • Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns to maximize results
  • Contribute to Resource Center by producing helpful and engaging product-focused content
  • Export, format and clean data
  • Work with our marketing automation software, Marketo, to create, adjust and test email and landing page templates
  • Use our customer relationship management software, Salesforce, to verify that the leads and campaign information flow accurately to our sales group
  • Proactively communicate upcoming marketing activity to the sales group
  • Help to schedule and coordinate our attendance and booth supplies at various conferences throughout the year
  • Support webinar campaigns from ideation to execution
  • Manage inventory (and budget) for GTM team swag items, as well as coming up with new, fun ideas for swag and giveaways

You're perfect for this role if you...

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or relevant major required
  • 1+ years' experience in marketing, communications, or similar role. Video creation experience is a huge plus!
  • Proficient using Google suite and social media such as Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook
  • Eager to learn marketing software and Google Analytics
  • Have outstanding communication and writing skills, including the ability to perfectly embody a brand’s voice
  • Super-strong bias towards action – if your MO is jumping in and getting things done, we want to talk to you
  • Enjoy project managing and are organized and detail oriented
  • Analytical with a desire to learn how to use data to guide decision making
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and flexible to daily changes
  • Able to lift 25-30 lbs for conferences
  • Able to travel 10%
  • Are action-oriented, tech savvy, and kind
