About the role

After great success with schools and districts, Screencastify is expanding into new verticals and seeking experienced Customer Success Managers to ensure our customers maximize results with our product. We’re looking for expert relationship managers that can own a post-sales customer journey that not only drives results but feels smooth and elegant.

What you'll do

  • Maintain and expand Screencastify's existing customer base by owning key accounts
  • Learn our product inside and out and help your accounts drive adoption and outcomes
  • Proactively identify accounts that aren’t maximizing their opportunity with our product and reach out to create an action plan that helps them achieve success
  • Collaborate with our sales team to manage renewals and expansions
  • Surface opportunities to expand existing accounts when it’s right for the customer

You're perfect for this role if you...

  • Have a track record of high achievement in your current Account Management or Customer Success role
  • Have a growth mindset and view setbacks as learning opportunities, not failures
  • Can put yourself in others’ shoes and see situations from perspectives other than your own
  • Have high emotional intelligence and empathy skills, and are a natural at building strong relationships.
  • Are motivated by the success of your customers and team.

This is a Chicago-based hybrid role with 2-3 days a week in the office.​​
